Every experience is always pleasant! A friend recently asked why I drive an hour to get my car serviced there. I told him that you just cannot beat good customer service! It is worth the drive. I love the separate waiting rooms. I always have work to do while I am waiting and I appreciate being away from the television in the other waiting room! My only suggestion for improvement is to repair the desk that someone has broken in there. It has been unusable the last two times that I have been there. Maybe a set of TV tables would do the trick!

I've bought both of my past two vehicles here and had different salesmen both times, parts have been great, service was top notch, and I always feel good about anything I need from here.

Update to recent service call:
Other than a problem with sickness in the area, I was completely satisfied.  I required transportation while my vehicle was being worked on and it was promptly provided with a rental place, they got some of their loaners back before my truck was serviced so I essentially had the opportunity to test drive a 2018 Impala, which let me just say is an excellent vehicle that I could also see myself driving.  Thanks to Justin S. and the phone operator I called several times for answering my many calls :)

My journey to Larry Puckett started about 6 or so months back, because of an awful, terrible, unfriendly,  and basic I don't care service from Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery, which is about 3 miles from my home. I will NEVER go back to them and you shouldn't either. 
Larry Puckett is AMAZING and a total A++++++++ in customer service. They listen and understand, rather than judge and point fingers to the customer, then after that, they will go out of their way to a get a solution.  My service man Justin is AWESOME SAUCE!!! He has always gone ABOVE and BEYOND whether a big or small problem occurred. The latest issue that occurred with my Chevy was a bomber, but Justin and Billy, one of they're amazing mechanics, made it a non stressing transaction. I thank you gentleman greatly for everything and I will continue driving pass Capitol Chevrolet to get my Camaro service by Larry Puckett from now on.

Idk where to start, the place is nice very well kept, of course to draw attention and look like a respectable business. But this place is incredibly crooked, with the exception of a few employees that MAY be ok. We all know pretty much everyone in the car business are crooked and will do pretty much anything to make a sale, but these guys ripped my off by five grand, I'm still paying off the high interest on that car (that is traded in now) which was 4 years ago, and is now rolled over onto my new truck, sure they started my credit for me and got me a car, but they lie and make u believe your getting a good deal when your not. All they care about is your money, don't do business here if u can help it.

I recently purchased my first car, a 2017 Toyota Camry at Larry Puckett with the help of CT Thorn. The process was very easy and quick. I was very scared that I would not get the car I wanted for a reasonable price. CT was very nice and understanding! I was able to get my car at a good price and my payment was reasonable with a great warranty included! I most definitely will encourage others to go see CT! Larry Puckett is great!
