What an experience!! From the test drive to the final signature, McConnell Honda was top notch. Brett was our salesman and we highly recommend him!!! He is not pushy in the least bit and the best salesperson we encountered. He stayed late 2 days in a row to help us find the perfect car along with going on multiple test rides and keeping us updated while the car was getting serviced. We found a car that we liked but like any used car, it had a few tiny issues we wanted fixed before we purchased it. They were happy to fix our issues without question. Kelsey in the service department was also awesome, as was everyone else we came in contact with.They earned 2 lifelong customers over the weekend and we will be sure to tell everyone to shop McConnell.

What a great experience! Marlon and Connie asked us a few questions and brought around the exact match. Quick test drive and a few signatures and we were on the way home in a freshly detailed and brand new CRV! NO PRESSURE!  The pricing was very fair. The entire staff at McConnell is world class! I’ve been a customer since 1988 and have never had a bad experience. Ask for Connie, I’m sure you will experience the same great service we did!  MB 👍🏻

Love my van! Leased a 2016 Oydessy almost 2 years ago. So good that my husband and I joke that we could live in it! Wanted to buy a newer version in a different color, but busted my miles so we will most likely buy this one. The advantage of buying the lease is we will already have paid down the overall cost. The lease process did last from 0900 to 1500, but we did negotiate and break for lunch. They did NOT jerk us around! They were polite and to the point!

As a side note, we bought a new Ford F-150 for my husband last year from a Ford dealership. It was the worst experience ever. Part of my life I will never get back! McConnell is NOT your stereotypical dealership. They really take pride in great customer service. We take our van there for service and joke that we actually LIKE waiting! Their waiting area is comfortable and I enjoy their coffee! Also, if you ever have an issue in the service department, ask for Amy. She rocks and knows everything!

We worked with Netta Rush in purchasing our CPO Honda Odyssey minivan. She was great along with the the rest of the staff. We were able to get an amazing vehicle at a great price and with a warranty. I highly recommend you stop by when shopping for your next new or used car. By far one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had in Montgomery. Several others have left me sour after dealing with their sales and service departments.
