Took my 2015 F150 in for 30,000 mile service. Made the appointment and ordered the work I wanted done online and when I arrived the service writer had all my info. This sped up the initial check in greatly. Service bay area was literally spotless, all the employees were neatly dressed in their Ford blue shirts, and every employee (more than a dozen) that I saw looked very happy and eager to work and interact with the customers. We waited for our vehicle to be serviced, and asked for a ride to Cracker Barrel. We ate (and my wife shopped) and then AutoNation came and picked us up. When we got back to the dealer our truck was ready. They also washed and vacuumed the truck. Also put tire shine on my tires! Affordable prices and great service! We'll be back.....why wouldn't we?

Everyone at AutoNation Ford Sanford was very helpful and lovely.  Sean my salesman was a delight to work with on  the purchase of my new truck.  Thank you to Oliver as well for all the insight he gave me.  Everyone  at AutoNation Ford Sanford is great and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

We purchased our '17 Escape at AutoNation Ford Sanford and upon sale paid for 10 services (oil change & tire rotation) for the vehicle. When miles indicated time for the  SUV's  second oil change I was in GA and knew I would surpass mileage by a few hundred miles so checked the oil level while fueling to discover filthy black oil. I traded in the same '05 SUV that NEVER had oil that dirty after 12 years on the road. Due to the filthy oil I had suspicion about the quality of the service department. My husband's 2015 F-150 was not purchased at AutoNation Ford however we serviced it there three days ago. This morning my husband tried to use his windshield wiper fluid and it was bone dry - fluid top offs are standard with oil change. Upon the failed windshield wiper fluid attempt he checked his oil that was supposed to have been changed three days ago - LEVEL IS SO LOW IT'S BARELY ON THE STICK. We received emails before the service, then text messages during "service" trying to pressure us into the showroom to trade his truck in and buy a new one. I now REGRET my purchase at AutoNation Ford Sanford and even more regret we serviced my husband's truck at their Service Department which we owe no allegiance to. I  only recommend this business to people that have time in their day for hassles, inconvenience and time to call, call and call again before reaching who you want to speak with. Shame on AutoNation Ford Sanford  - only because of the service package I purchased will my vehicle return.

Tim provided excellent customer service. From the time I dropped off the vehicle, to providing a courtesy car to take me home, and following up with my husband on status. It took about 3.5 hours to diagnose the issue and get it fixed.  It ended up being something covered by Ford which was a relief. We will definitely bring our truck back to this dealership for service in the future.

I brought my Ford Explorer in for service and was so pleased with my experience. The service advisor Amanda was so attentive and nice. She updated me throughout and made sure I was in and out. Would definitely recommend!
