Our Salesman was the best we’ve ever encountered buying a new car. No pressure. I’ve had issues since with service department upselling but most recent visit was very pleasant. Ronnie was quick to service my car and got me out of there in a timely manner. I saw lots of new friendly faces . Light refreshments available while you wait is also a nice treat.

Alan was very helpful as well as the sales manager (i forgot his name). I was in the fence between a lease and a vehicle purchase and both ensured i walked off the lot with the car i truly wanted without having to lower my expectations. Thank you so much!

First time walking into Lake Nissan and we were quickly greeted with genuine friendliness.  Already had something and mind and they served our needs well while we were there.  Thank you for a smooth transition into our new vehicle. Love the car already and the family is happy.

From the moment we arrived until we left our experience was exceptional. Ronnie Carter was our Express Service Advisor and he kept us informed of our vehicle's progress. 
We have come to expect excellent service and have never been disappointed.

I found the Service Dept. to be professional, informative and very friendly.  Tony, Tom and Nelson are great!  Everything discussed was done and provided on time as promised.  I will be back.
