Martin was so helpful from the start. He helped me narrow down my selection of vehicles and made it so much easier when I went into the dealership to pick the best one for me. He had Vicente help me with the seeing all of the vehicles I had in mind. I appreciate all the help and in making the process of buying a car so easy for me. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this dealership. I am so happy with my purchase. Martin and Vicente definitely took care of me.

The service department is attentive and listens to the customers concerns.  What happens when the vehicle is serviced by the certified Toyota mechanics is a different story.  Paying attention to detail is the key to success or achieving a great rating, review and most important customer satisfaction.  I was not satisfied with my last two visits. If the manager/supervisor wishes to contact me for a more detailed account of what occurred, this my key tag number (4194) given to me when I serviced my vehicle. Kindly email me to set up a meeting.  If I get no response from you, I will be visiting Toyota on route 4.

My experience was the worst I have had in my entire life. Specifically at Central Florida Toyota.

Their vision as a dealer is to maintain lifetime customers, but they do the opposite! They are completely wrong. 

In my case you just lost a loyal customer from toyota brand, because you just want to sale and your employees want their commission. Not at all what I expected...you don't care about the customers and are not willing to maintain them. 

You did a misleading sale to me. Went there again to speak with the Sales Manager and Finance Manager and you made me feel like a fool. "Well you agreed and signed", so I  am fool and of course you guys don't have WORK ETHIC! 

Took advantage because a I am foreign. Made me believe I had a better rate than before and made me a misleading sale, a scam, putting me in a disadvantage position. Full of lies because if you take a look at my case you will see I had a good rate with my original finance and there was no need to do this. I believed in you as a company, as a dealer and in the Finance Manager who is representing your company. I am not a fool. You don't have WORK ETHIC.

Never coming again!

Central Florida Toyota has attentive attendants at every step of the way. The waiting area has plenty of seating and even plays movies while waiting with vending machines for snacks and drinks. They honor online coupons and don't try to sell you extra maintenance products. They alert you to any items that need attention and are fine with us dealing with DIY issues on our own. Very impressed with the friendly and courteous staff!

This is the best car dealership in all of Florida. Todd, Alex , Antonio you were all freaking awsomea. I literally called they found the car for me and ran my credit. By the time I got there I test drove and signed all my paperwork and was out the door. Best buying experience ever. Hands down best car dealership. Thank You guys for everything !!!!
