Went to Toyota and Everyone who helped us from the person helping us choose the car to Carlos who was the finance person all treated us respectfully and kind. They were all patient and Carlos stayed till late assisting with the paperwork and helping us set up our phones to connect with the car. Me and my fiancé have been other places and have sometimes been treated like we aren’t serious to buy maybe cause we look young, but that wasn’t the case here. They congratulated us on our credit and worked hard to get us the deal and payment we wanted.  I am now a proud owner of a 2018 Camry SE and I love it!!!!

Very positive experience here. Andreas was extremely helpful without me ever feeling pressured. Very relaxed, courteous environment. Betheny Prince in financial was also wonderful to work with. Incredibly patient & thorough with my trove of questions & concerns. Stayed late to walk me through all the fine print & was able to make me feel completely at ease with such a significant commitment. A total sweetheart to deal with! Couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Expected a lot of money in dealership mark-ups but was pleasantly surprised at how fairly priced things were. Wouldn't have bought the car it hadn't been. Good bunch of people who value customers & integrity in their sales staff.

I would like to thank Carlos Rivera for the service and time he provided for me. Throughout the time he was fixing the car he made sure to keep in contact and updating me every chance he had. A job that seemed difficult he finished quicker than we expected and better than we ever imagined. I have always had amazing experiences in this Toyota dealership but none came close to the service I received from Carlos. He was the perfect image for Toyota. Thank You.

Toyota of Orlando provided an amazing experience!! Shout outs to Chito, Andre, Birdie and Bethany for making the purchase go as painless as possible. The whole process was a pleasure, I didn't get "car salesman-ed" once. They are upfront with their pricing and options, and run an amazing no B.S. environment. Thank you!

**Had to edit this original 5 star review. The staff is indeed fantastic. Birdie fought for me to get an amazing finance rate. Now that the excitement has worn off and I am reviewing my paper work, it turns out my amazing rate came at a $2000 finance charge. It's my fault for not catching it at the dealership but it does leave a sour taste when I so specific about my budget.

My experience in this dealership was phenomenal from beginning to end. Cesar Velez in finance was great in making sure we understood everything. Andres was the sales representative and he was awesome in giving me a good description of the car. Paul was excellent in giving me the best deal possible and Jerry from financial services as well was excellent in going through all the documentation including the details of the warranty. When you are in Orlando and are looking for a new car, definitely ask for these individuals.
