Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had been looking for a MINI Countryman for a while, and inquired about this one. I received a fast and friendly response from Brianna, and then spoke to Ricky over the phone. Justin called me after that to review the car and see if it was something I’d like to test drive. I visited the dealership the following day and was very impressed by how genuinely nice everyone was and by the fact they were playing a mix of hair band metal over the sound system Justin helped me through the whole process and he’s wonderful I’ll recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. Greg L in Finance totally rocks and was extremely helpful. MINI Binny came home with me that same day named for my dog. Thank you all for everything!
I purchased a car i never seen or drove . Found a car on their website i liked Sunday and Wednesday i had it delivered and they took my trade in back. Todd the Salesperson did an awesome job communicating and Gregg the Finance Manager did an awesome job on the numbers and saving me some money on the warranties. Definitely saved me a 1.5 hour trip from Jacksonville. Loving my 2022 Outlander.
I’ve taken my ‘21 Durango in multiple times for the same reason. After filling up my gas tank my vehicle starts stalling, turns off and then doesn’t start again. The first time I had it towed in they claimed that I just didn’t have enough gas to start it. I had around 70 miles to empty. Then, they stated that I may be overfilling my tank. This is false. Finally after some back and forth they figured it was my fuel pumps. Shame on me for not extending my warranty and now having to pay over $2700 for an issue that started happening at 36,500 miles. I get my car back and in less than a week after I fill up my tank not overfilling my car stalls and turns off and doesn’t start. When I do finally get it to start, gas starts coming out the back. Why is this happening after spending almost 3 grand on fixing my car?! I tow it in again and now they tell me it could be the fuel tank or it could be the purge valve. They release the vehicle back to me and tell me to continue to drive it and on the next gas fill up wait until a check engine light comes on so they can diagnose the issue. I don’t understand why they couldn’t fill the car up to replicate the issue but whatever. So of course on the next fill up I get the same issue. Now $700 later to deal with this purge valve issue. I ask about buying an extended warranty even though it’s pricier to get after you hit 36k miles. I was told I cannot only due to the fact that their systems were hacked and there wouldn’t be a way to sell me a warranty. Here we are about a month later and my car is doing the SAME THING!! So what’s next?! I’m hesitant to bring it back in to the dealership tomorrow to find out what else they’re going to throw at me. How is it that a 2021 vehicle have so many issues at 36k miles that they can’t seem to figure out. I’m beyond fed up at this point.
We purchased a 2023 Ram 1500. Everything about the purchase went very smooth. Todd was very clear in his communication and understanding of our situation and made us feel very comfortable. This was probably one the easiest car we purchased to date. I would buy from there again.
Justin was super amazing to work with, he got us exactly what we wanted and for the price we wanted. We were so happy with the way we were treated, so we went back a week later and bought a second vehicle. We will be getting all our future vehicles here from now on!

I was in an accident on my way home from work last week. We had a feeling they were going to total out my Ram 1500. It was a very upsetting situation, my truck was a '21 and I was so happy with it. Needless to say we went into the dealership to start the process of getting a new truck. Adyan greeted us as we came in and was completly understanding of the situation. He was helpful and informative but not pressuring at all. He helped orchestrate the whole process to help make it as seemless as possible. I will recommend and buy future vehicles from Adyan and CDJR of Seminole County. Great dealership with a great team.
Justin was our sales rep and did an amazing job of making sure we were able to see and drive whatever we wanted. He made us feel like we were the only customers there. We kinda were, slow day I guess. Top notch guy, friendly and helpful through the whole process. Would love to give 5 stars and had nothing to do with Justin. So I guess dealerships are not taking outside financing unless it's with a captive lender. I almost walked out and went elsewhere but decided to handle it another way. As a customer I don't think it's fair to be able to set the price, that's fine BUT then tell me how I'm going to finance it. My bank is not some no name it's a well known institution. This is becoming quite common in the industry and as customers, be aware. End of the day, fair price on the truck I wanted. Pleasant experience with sales, Justin gets 5 stars.
What a great car buying experience. Our salesman Cyrus was very well informed and attentive, the dealership had the best prices anywhere I was able to find. Well worth the hour and a half trip. The entire process was quick and above board. I asked early on about any add ons and Cyrus was very upfront and didn’t try to hide anything.
We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland and were extremely happy with our experience. Our sales person, Brianna Bates, was excellent from our first call to final sale. She was knowledgable, helpful, and very honest. It was a pleasurable car buying experience, which is saying a lot! Brianna even sent us picture of the car and negotiated price tag before we drove two hours to test drive it. Thank you Brianna.
