I have been coming to Maplewood Toyota for years because I have never, even once, felt like they were trying to get me to buy more services or replace stupid air filters that were unnecessary.  If I go to one of those quick, $19.95 oil change places, there is a hundred percent chance that they will recommend additional services and I'll walk out after having spent way too much.  The staff at Maplewood Toyota is professional and efficient. Love their waiting room - especially the awesome fish tank. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a new Tundra as a surprise for my father and sales staff Rory Shaffer was helpful and provided us with a smooth car buying experience. We were in and out in less than two hours. We've purchased all our family cars from this dealership and as valued customers received fair offers that will definitely keep us as returning customers for any car needs in the future.

Had a great experience with the service department. They serviced my 2009 Prius. I had the spark plugs changed, hybrid coolant changed, and a test performed for engine leakage. I hung out for a while and waited for repairs, then was shuttled over to the Maplewood Mall where I had a massage and did some shopping. My car was ready before I was done shopping and the service department told me to call for the shuttle when I was ready. Service was professional, courteous, and efficient. I felt the prices were reasonable too. I’m planning on upgrading my vehicle in 2019 and I’m going to buy from Maplewood Toyota.

We were referred by a long-time customer. Our experience was first class in every way. Terry Burke explained everything in detail from cost to use of the dashboard, which is amazing. We looked at other brands of vehicles and visited other dealers before going to Maplewood Toyota - we  will be going back to Maplewood Toyota for our next car. Five stars says it all.
