I was both excited and nervous about going in to Lone Star Toyota because of the new responsibility and ownership of my first car. With the help of Frances, I was reassured I would be taken care of. She helped me consider all of my options to make a well thought out and educated decision and plan. She was very personable and showed forethought about my future with the company and future purchases. By the end of the process, I was- and am- confident I was sold a great car with benefits at a great cost. So, thanks to Frances and Daniel! I got a really good deal on an awesome car that really fits me. The seller was a great guy too. There were some unnecessary additional costs to the car sale, but that was solved immediately. Staff is really easy to work with and they are keen to help you out, and also try to hasten you to buy your car.

I haven't purchased a car in almost 16 years.  I was finely going to be able to get a new car! I kept my 2001 Honda so that I could give my 16 year old son a quality car that I know has been taken care of. I decided that I wanted to upgrade to a Toyota Avalon after looking at several other makes and models. Sales Rep Bruce Clark at Lone Star Toyota sat down with me and we figured out how to get the exact car that I wanted. Exterior Color, interior and all the bells & whistles. The process was easy and i never felt pressured to purchase.  I highly recommend Bruce & Lone Star Toyota!

Let me be the 1st to say I absolutely hate the car shopping experience but lone star Toyota made this process so simple for me. Charlie my salesman was Amazing. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns and was able to get me in the car that I wanted with no credit and limited money down. I was able to get into a 2016 Chrysler town and country. I am still in awe that they were able to do what no other dealership could and get me payments that I was comfortable with. Please if you are looking for an easy and stress free buying experience go see these guys . It will be worth your while.. I promise

I am not pleased with service after the sale. I have had several issues with the service. I have called Sam the used car supervisor several times left messages on his voicemail he has never gave me the courtsey of a return call. I made a special trip to the dealership on Wednesday I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes still no Sam. I went to the dealership again on Sat to see Sam he sent word that I need to make an appointment to see him. I would have preferred to speak to Sam one on one to address my issues but since I have not been able to see him I am forced to leave this review. As a retired US Marine I have put in 20 plus hours a day. I have never not been available for Marines when they needed my assistant for anything. Perhaps Sam you should make time for customers after the sale. If not return customers will NOT return. Explain that to your mangers. That will be a great conversation to be a part of. SAM
