Fantastic experience at Autoworks today. Efficient and clearly customer-service oriented. At least 4 different staff went out of their way to help me out: fitting me into their busy schedule, toys and entertainment (chickens! apple juice!) for my kids while we waited, notifying me about needing an inspection, prompt communication by text about a problem, and fixing the problem in a very customer-matters-most kind of way. As a new resident I am thrilled to find such good service and I will be back!

Always a pleasure dealing with Auto-Works. My only complaint is they keep topping off my washer fluid with the blue stuff, diluting the RainX I use. Maybe next time I'll remember to decline this service  ;)

Incredibly nice and accommodating staff. Called in the morning to have an appointment made for annual inspection and they had me in that same afternoon. They offered a variety of hot and cold beverages while waiting, even for something as mundane as an annual inspection. Definitely zero complaints.

I was on a vacation from Canada this summer when my tire blew and I needed assistance in a hurry. Steve and his crew quickly arranged things so that our day wasn't ruined and we were on our way quickly. I really appreciate them going out of their way to help us. I would highly recommend them!

I brought my Prius here to get it inspected. I was surprised when, while paying for the work, I was asked why I chose to buy a Prius. The man asking me said that he hoped I bought it for economic reasons, and not environmental. I was surprised and disappointed to be asked such an apparently loaded, political question. I bought a Prius because it's a decent commuter car, and I commute 500 miles a week. I happen to have bought it for economic AND environmental reasons. I wonder, would I have been asked this question if I were driving some other hybrid vehicle?
 
I would recommend that AutoWorks instructs its workers to keep their political questions to themselves when dealing with customers.

EDIT: Thank you for your reply, Stephen. That is the kind of integrity I look for and greatly appreciate. I will continue to come to your shop for service.
