I went to the VIP Tires and Service Shop in Scarborough, ME on Friday, February 16, 2018, to have my rear passenger winter tire inspected , the air was leaking out. The front desk manager was friendly, professional, and treated me with courtesy and respect. The service that I requested was done in a timely and proficient manner. The friendly manager reviewed with me, his recommendation in fixing my tire, the tire sensor was not working properly. Once the tire sensor was fixed, my winter tire was working properly. I highly recommend this shop for their high quality service and professionalism in keeping my car running safely.

I had a bad experience at 3 G's and decided to try VIP Tires. I was very pleased with the recommendation and guidance the service technician provided and bought two new all weather tires for my new car. During the installation they discovered a problem with the wheel well and provided guidance as to how it could be fixed. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly at a great price. What more could you ask for?

I have started using VIP for a few years, and the service keeps getting better and better.  Staff is always happy and helpful to assist.  Great hours, great location and they have made time to do repairs for us in a rush.  Best service center in town!

VIP in Scarborough rocks!  I have all of my vehicle servicing done here from oil changes to new tires and service repairs in between.  Robbie is just the nicest and most friendly guy and I trust that I am being treated fairly here.  I like that there is a nice big waiting room with a TV and wifi if you choose to wait with your car while having an oil change.  Great Place and highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Rob and Eric. I am new to Maine, here for a temporary assignment. I needed to get my car checked out because of some noise that I was hearing. Granted, trust is earned. Rob shared with what the 'minor' problem is. I appreciate the time that he took to make sure that I understood.  Made a few suggestions of places to eat while I am here. "THANK YOU!" I will be returning.
