Unlike previous service visits we didn't need much done. The service person was helpful and knowledgeable. A good  experience.

The service man, was very friendly, knowledgable and taught us things that we didn't know about our 6 year old washing machine.  He fixed it in prompt order, then tested each and every function before leaving. We couldn't have been happier.

Technician arrived when scheduled, called before arriving, was knowledgeable and professional - even happy to take off shoes to avoid staining the carpet.  Totally pleased

My esperience has been dreadful.  I have not had a new water heater installed and now I have been without hot water for almost two weeks.  Sears has had me running in circles while they switch my call from person to person without result.  I have spent days on the phone with them and their representatives to no avail.  My warning to others is not to buy appliances from Sears trusting them to back up their products!  I have had my water heater for less than four years, I have a 12 year warrenty on it and a Protection Agreement and still have gone 12 days without hot water.
