This VIP shop is awesome. I have had several problems with my car over the past year and they have handled every one quickly and reasonably.     Jon and his crew are just the best there is.  I also bought a set of tires here after “shopping around” for a week.  The tire prices are great and the level of service is best.

So we brought my daughters car to VIP for an inspection as it was due. They brought it in and about 20 minutes later came back and said the car had failed. No biggie I thought, and proceeded to ask what was the matter with it. They came back and said it needed $1500+ worth of repairs... So we took the car and left, figuring that having a mechanic in the family I would drive it to his shop out of state, and we could do the repairs ourselves and save a boatload of money, both on labor and the cost of parts. In talking it over and making the arrangements, it came up why not take it to another shop and see what they say. A second opinion makes sense, so I sent my daughter to another local  reputable repair shop on her own and she was instructed not to say a word about what VIP said was wrong. She called me up afterwards and said it failed again. Okay so she sent me a pic of what this shop found wrong, and it was 3 different reasons, with no mention of any of the "issues" VIP was attempting to repair for a sticker. Total cost $ was about 15 x less. Just be aware when going there, a second opinion at another shop might not be such a bad idea...

This VIP location is convenient and always there for me when my cars have unexpected trouble. The employees tend to be friendly and helpful and the technicians do a quality job of repairing vehicles. Prices are reasonable compared to other shops, but sometimes you will find quite a difference when comparing. The good news is this can be higher or lower, so be sure to get a couple of quotes with any repair.

I didn't have good experience with this location.  The staff is very friendly. 
 However, they are very pricy in my opinion and charged me for things they didn't even fix.  They told me I need $1300 worth of work to get my state inspection passed.  I was able to get my inspection done for around $350 in another shop 10 minutes away from them.  I will recommend other local shops compared to this.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that's willing to talk things out with you regarding your vehicle, I'm yet to have a negative experience with them.
