Friendly and knowledgeable staff (Thanks again to Michael the manager!) Took better care of my car than the factory dealership. Another added bonus is this place is open in the weekends.

Had and appointment to have my differential fluid changed and summer tire swap over done.   Even after an error on my part, the crew was very efficient and timely in getting the job done.   Always can depend on quality work and friendly service

I was very pleased. I am a first time customer and will! certainly NOT be a last time one! I came in for an oil change, was able to schedule it the same day. The technician also checked tires, engine performance and gave me a detailed summary. The atmosphere was friendly and professional. I much prefer "going local" rather than returning to the dealer so I plan to be a regular from now on.

Went in for an oil change and an alignment back in Sept. Mike was very courteous and took me in promptly. Turns out my tires were a bit too worn and the tech took me out to the garage bay and showed me specifically what he was looking at and what I could expect. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want but gave me multiple options for my consideration. Will definitely be going back to Arundel VIP for my auto care needs.

VIP in Arundel has been a terrific stop for our 4 vehicles since they opened. We have tires and oil changes done often with very courteous Staffers like Mike and others always ready. You guys are awesome, keep up the great work and service!
