So I ordered a replacement mirror for my passenger side door. No problem. I pay for expidited shipping because they said if I get there before 12pm, which I did, I could get it next day and they'd call me when it gets in. So next day rolls around. No phone call. Even though the manager says he called me. My phone shows no record of that call. The next day comes and then I finally get a call. Didn't have time to pick it up that day because I was super busy. So I pick it up on the third day and try to get my money back for the expidited, one day shipping. He basically calls me a liar even though I have the phone records to prove it. Then he just goes on waiting on other customers. No refund. Not a customer any longer. Don't ever come here.

I went to this store for a new fuse. One of the employees, William H., cornered me in the aisle and demanded I kiss him in the store not once, but 3 times. When we called the manager, he treated it like I was lying. The district manager said they would look into it and HR would call me. Guess who never did? Guess which pervert still has his job? Im NEVER shopping here again. If you are a woman or have daughters, Id advise you do the same.
