The wait was long, but the customer service was EXCELLENT! Whoever runs the store now is doing a fantastic job stressing the need for caring about the customers in store. If you need anything from Sprint in the Lee's Summit area, come here!

mins to pick up a repaired phone (about 30 to drop it off, even though I did a bunch of forms online first). They're supposed to have an appointment system but their location wouldn't show up on the spring site. Just doesn't seem like something so simple should take so long.

Most people only feel the need to leave a review after a negative experience with a business. If we, as people, receive good service, we often don't take the time to write a positive review, that is the case with me anyway. I'm here to remedy that. I in fact, had a great experience with this Sprint Store. I have dealt with them a few times now and the staff has always done a great job for me. I'm sure mistakes get made, and some people have had bad experiences there before, but from what I witnessed myself, I'd say the majority of customers get great service. Each time I go in, the place is packed with customers, which says a lot. Why would so many be there if this Sprint Store gave bad service? My last visit involved replacing my phone with a cracked screen (repair wasn't an option, which was fine with me, it didn't cost extra). They gave me a loaner while I waited for my new phone to come in, and I only had to wait a few days to go pick up my new phone. 

TL;DR: I love this Sprint Store, they always provide me with excellent service. And the store is always packed when I go in, which means they must be doing something right. It's too bad their Google rating doesn't reflect that.

This store has the worst customer service skills!!! Managers never available left on hold for 3 hours been calling for two days to get a issue resolved with my bill tha they messed up and promised me it would be fix which was three weeks ago and it still hasn’t been fixed been told a manager would give me a call back and that has yet to happen and all they can do is apologize which is some sick bulshit
