I went to this location for the first time on Halloween Eve. The gentleman helping with the costumes was top notch. He greeted us with a smile and kept making sure we were taken care of. The girls at the checkout we're also friendly. They were dressed festively and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Also the store was well organized and clean.

Good experience, but I was very SURPRISE to find huge price difference between store in indep and Lee summit. Example an item at indep was 16.99 and 19.99 at LS. 1.29 at indep and 1.49 at LS. For that reason, Lee summit will not be my choice for party city items. Those are HUGE diff in price from store to store. They were able to price match which was a plus.

The employee we dealt with should not be in customer service, and certainly not in a party store full of children.

Next time your employees feel like giving rude directives make sure it's not to a child. Unprofessional! I tried to complain but the manager was too worried about having her employees back to care what happened. 

Only to then snottely use my name from my bloom order to shove my Ballon order across the counter saying "have a niiice day Bobi!" Wow. Learn some conflict resolution.
