Took a laundry basket full of beautiful winter clothes over there since I lost a bunch of weight and couldn't wear them anymore. They wanted to give me less than $10 for everything! Not worth the drive over there so I could just give them my stuff! If I'm going to give it away, I will donate to charity not this place's bottom line! I will not contribute to their profit! 😕

Rude greeting, told it would take at least an hour, came back over an hour later (after killing time in restaurants with my daughter). When I arrived, lady I didn't recognise acknowledged me, but then ignored. Eventually she asked my name, looked at baskets, and said, "Oh yeah, we had to stop cause we saw animal hair." First, why didn't you call me? Two? Why'd you let me stand here waiting? Three, minimal hair, if any, don't you clean things before putting them on racks? Not impressed.

I really enjoy shopping at the Clothes Mentor. However, it is very frustrating and disappointing to drive 30 minutes to your store, only to see a sign on the door indicating you are not purchasing clothing; because of high volumn. This was not at the end of the day, it was 2 hours after opening, and at the beginning of fall/winter collecting. I understand the concept, but I also did not spend any money shopping there today. Implementing something new might help. Just a thought. Maybe putting on your social media page, or texting that you are not accepting clothing. I will return, but not until calling first.
