Staff is friendly. Returns are easy if you keep your receipt & return within 7 days. It would be nice if 14 days was allowed. They do allow cash back however, which is a plus as some consignment stores will only allow store credit on returns. Selection is generally good. Children grow fast so consignment stores are nice!

Went in on a busy Saturday afternoon, I was greeted very kindly. I had 4 large bags and 2 larger toys to sell. The lady who helped me told me right from the beginning that it would take about 45mins. Absolutely no problem, since I saw they were going through many many many large tubs from other customers. 
On a previous experience I went to the Once upon a child in KS and they should really be taking customer service training from the Lee's Summit store.

Great place to go get clothes, toys or baby gear that has been slightly used for a fraction of the price buying brand new. Have a lot of name brand good quality clothes. We have gone here the past two years to get our kids halloween costumes. Got costumes that were originally $30 a piece for $3 each with no stains or rips.

Nice place with nice children's clothing and some baby equipment. Not really thrift store pricing, not too competitive. No matermity section which is what we were looking for. But they do have a wide selection of items. Clothing especially.

Love all the different kind of clothing, toys and footwear available here. They also have amazing tools like baby carriers and baby monitors.
