I used to not like going to a parts store being a girl. I've changed my mind. These guys are so patient and helpful. Us, ladies do appreciate that.

If I could give ten stars, I would. I came in late last night to get a bulb for my turn signal, but had no idea how to replace it. The woman who rang me up was super friendly and helpful, and as soon as she heard I didn't know how to replace it she came right out to help. She taught me how to change it on my own, making sure I understood exactly what she was doing and how she did it, and she was careful to check and make sure it was working before I left the location. She was super knowledgable and gave me some other tips about my car while she was working (I know basically nothing other than how to pump gas and change a tire). I didn't even remember to get her name, which I really regret, but nevertheless I can't recommend this location enough. She saved a poor, dumb college student from a ticket I definitely wouldn't have be able to afford, and I am beyond grateful.

Because I feel like when I go to AutoZone needing whatever they are very knowledgeable and also very helpful and most of the time they come to me before I come in the door well you could say I'm a regular but they keep me moving and keep me on the road and I have come to understand that they know what they're talking about have never yet been sold a bad part or have any problem with the parts that I purchased would I tell anyone about AutoZone I tried to tell the people that shop at Advance Auto to go to AutoZone better service better quality yeah that's my spot
