Stayed at Avalon landing last 3 winters. Best park and management in the area. Near by everything. Very clean park. Bathhouse, Pool all well kept and spotless. I travel from Colorado each year, and is as beautiful as my homeland.

Great RV Park, convenient location to the interstate, places to eat and stores nearby. Park restrooms and laundry areas always kept clean. Wide sites and some with direct water access, kayak and canoe rentals available. Nice pool and sun deck. Very, very, very friendly staff, dog friendly park (wish there was a fenced area for dogs to run off leash, hint-hint). We have stayed here both short time and full time and there is nothing negative about this place. I mean you can't complain about a place that's always packed, that only shows how great they really are here, right?

Nice place, near the water. Nice washer and dryers, the only down fall for us was not much shade in this high humid Florida weather.

This RV Park is in a great location and the area is breathtaking! Wendy and the other staff member are extremely friendly and helpful. If you are visiting the area or want to be out in nature, I recommend visiting this place.

This was my second favorite rest stop along i 10. First is most deffinently Alabama just as u enter the state on I 10.
