Received poor service from this Avis location. Reserved a car in advance, but once I arrived the attendant said my car would not be there for a while and she did not know exactly where it was.

I understand that things happen, but I would have expected a call/text/email ahead of time or another car available for me. This will be my last rental with Avis, as National and Enterprise give much better service.

I rent here all the time, always a good experience and they work out problems quickly if any arise.
