I was at the reserve/pay  page when I had a question. I called to be told they have no vehicles available and would not have one on the day I had just completed the confirmation. Asked then why did it allow me to make the reservation and what would have happened if I would have not called? I was told they would have told me that morning??? What has happened to Enterprise? I would have missed a court date!

Enterprise in Troy is a 5 star experience. Noel and her team will always take the time to care for your car rental needs. I won’t go anywhere else to rent

Got a great ride when car was being  repaired! My insurance set it up they were ready when I got there! Returning  it today. Market is very slim right now finding rental cars but these guys were able to get me  a vehicle I was very happy with!

Didn't get the ladies name that waited on me, but she was very friendly, helpful and the process was quick.  Very much recommended.

I've used this location many times over the years.  The customer service here is fantastic.  The cars are always in good shape. It's one of the best rental agencies I've ever used.

My experience was amazing. I got rid of credit cars and needed to rent a car for the weekend for a trip and was worried because everywhere I called said that I needed a credit card. I called enterprise and they except it debit cards they just told me that there would be a good $200 hold which I was fine with and once I took the car back I got my whole back right away. The car was queen and it drove smoothly

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was great. The service from the representatives couldn't have been any better or any more helpful. They gave me a great car oh, at a great price, and the two Representatives Brad and Liz I want to give a shout out to you guys for being so cool! So recently I had to rent a vehicle for the first time due to mine breaking down and I have to say the staff in Troy were phenomenal! They picked me up and even took me home when I was done with the rental! I would definitely recommend them! They made this experience easy and helped me through the process! If I ever need to rent a vehicle again they will be my first choice!!

We have rented numerous cars from Enterprise in Troy, Ohio and the staff are so very friendly and courteous!  I had to drop the car off later than anticipated on September 28  and I was told it was no problem.  Highly recommend!
