Enjoyed the experience from start to finish.  Car was waiting for me seemingly after I signed the paperwork.  Exceedingly friendly and professional staff who also helped me retrieve my garage door opener after inadvertently leaving it in the vehicle.  Highly recommend the team at the Enterprise office in Troy.

I use to deal with Abe. Now that Abe had been promoted. I deal with Ted or Rob.  I have to say they are AWESOME. Great customer service !! They are always accommodating when I need a last minute rental.   I highly recommend this location!!

My car was being repaired and needed to rent a car for 30 days.  Enterprise was able to accommodate me in what I  needed at a price covered by insurance.  They were polite, efficient.  The drivers for pickup and drop off were friendly and polite as well.

These guys always take care of me. I try to drive a GM car when I'm traveling for work and they always go out of there way to make it happen... I say this as I sit in a brand new camaro by the way. Enterprise is great but this location is the best of the best.
