Just not a good experience all around. Not friendly, not helpful, and if you have a question, instead of just answering it they tell you to look in your contract. They didn't have me look at the vehicle before I rented it, just gave me the keys and said it was out back. Didn't go over any features, and the customer service was just bad.

THE WORST.  Do not rent a truck here.  We reserved a 16 foot truck, were told there was no deposit, and ended up having to take a 24 foot truck with a $150 deposit.  Supposed to be able to drop off the truck in Farmington and found out we had to bring it all the way back to Troy.  Then, filled up the gas before returning, but received a text message in the morning threatening to charge us $30 if we don't come out to Troy to "top off the tank".  Completely unacceptable.  With the stress of moving, this is the last thing you want to have to worry about.

The car I rented was clean, service was quick and friendly, at Troy, MI. That rates a 5. 

The return of the car at O'Hare Chicago was not a good experience.  You don't get much help taking your bags from where you drop off your car, to get it to where you have to get on the bus to go to the terminal!  
There were a lot of service agents walking around but unwilling to help...not just me but others like me that could have used some help with baggage at an AIRPORT location. If it isn't the agents job then they should hire some others that can help with this.
The return service rates a 2!
