Crazy hours and only open till 12pm on Saturday. What’s the point in even opening? I called that location 18 times before someone picked up the phone.  Loyal Avis member, but that loyalty is wavering.

We've been here a few times, but it's always the same....horrible customer service. The manager is a rude, angry woman. She has no customer service skills at all. Most of the time, there is no one at the desk. You have to call them on the desk phone (which works sometimes and other times no one answers). Once in the past, we were there at our scheduled reservation time to pick up our vehicle. No one was at the desk and no one answered the phone. We waited for 45 minutes and even had a lady at the American Airlines ticket counter text the guy who was supposed to be working. You can't call Avis Customer Service because all you'll get is someone in Mexico. We tried to have the manager call us back, but no one ever did. Now that I've met the "Manager,"  I can see why. Very, very rude woman. You'd think with all the negative reviews, Avis would try to fix the issues with this place. Always go to Hertz instead! Better customer service all around!

Worst service EVER. I would give 0 star if I could to this place. This place is a joke. The lady/owner was extremely rude. no customer service skills. I agree with all the other bad reviews about this place.

We reserved a car with Avis online 2 weeks ago and even called the location to verify that we would be able to pick up the car with a debit card since we do not have a credit card. They person at the location said yes would be no problem.  Got there today to pick up the car and the lady behind the counter is rude and says we cannot have the car without a credit card. I filed a complaint against her and her supervisor. The absolute worst place to go, I would suggest walking before you deal with this location. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Avis has always treated me well. This location is odd in that it is open strange hours, so please look into those before you head out there. Also, being a small location it is important that you know the attendant may be moving cars or other such things so being punctual often helps them give you good service.
