What's the point of a pick up time if I have to call you and tell you to leave and be on your way? It's so uncomfortable sitting with someone you don't know. Especially when you hate small talk. . To bad they couldn't just male you sign paperwork and leave the keys with you. Instead you have to drive to the nearest location. Ugh

I had to get a rental car while my car was being repaired. There was a bit of a mix up when I went to return the car, but the agent, John O'Donnell was exceptionally helpful and gave me coupon for my next rental, which will definitely be through the Clinton office from now on. Great, friendly service.

my husband reserved a car 2 weeks ahead of time, and stopped in the day before to fill everything out so he could pick it up and go first thing in the morning.  they told him it would be ready by 7:30 am,  which was important because he had a 15 hour drive ahead of him to see his son's graduation from basic training.  when he got there that morning,  not only was the car he'd reserved not available.. there were NO cars available until 12:30pm!!   that's 5 hours late!  which meant he had to drive most of the way down in the dark, to arrive at 6am to his hotel, get ONE HOUR of sleep,  and then have to pick up his son from fort benning at 8am.  i am absolutely furious!  he has never driven that far in his life,  and i was so scared for him i couldn't sleep that night and missed work time the next day.  and this is not the first time Enterprise has screwed up with us.  earlier this summer we reserved a van to make a four hour trip to a concert.  once again,  the van was not available.  all they had was a gas guzzling V8 suv thing.  and no discount.  unacceptable.  very poor service, i feel like we should take them to court for all the stress this has caused us.  two thumbs DOWN!!

Prices are higher but could be because they are the only car rental place that I know of in Clinton. Drop fee to another rental place is high.
