Very Poor service and no follow thru at all. Made arrangements to be picked up at 8am at a auto body shop, and at 8:35 called and had to request again. After returning to the Hertz counter was told no cars available- after a two weel in advance reservation- Will go to Enterprise from now on- sent people to Hertz thru the hotel- Throw out the information when I returned to the hotel- Will NOT Use Hertz again-

They are the absolutely worst. Offered me insurance and presented it like I had to take one even though I didn't. "Recommended" that I took full coverage that costs $70/day (even though I am fully covered by insurance; thank God I only took the basic coverage, which is still $25/day). Charged me $75 to drop it off in another city and didn't even mention anything about it when we say we're gonna drop it off in Appleton and ask if it was ok. I'm sick of working with these manipulative a-holes. Would not recommend their services to my worst enemies.

Not good options to choose from being a gold member. Also, most of the times there is only single person working here. So don't expect pickup or drop.

Would never rent a car with Hertz again.  The customer service guy WAS NOT upfront on the charges, had different charges pending every other day on my account. He says you need to take there insurance when i told him my insurance will cover the car. End up paying more than twice then I figured I would.
