Worst car rental experience. They quote you a price and then several days later, charge you twice what was quoted. Very deceptive in billing. Customer service is horrible

They charged me double then what was quoted. When I called to speak to them Cass did not fix the issue nor did she explain why all these charges came about. Instead she lied about the quote she did give as well as hanging up on me when I requested to speak to her manager. I will never ever go here again! I have never been charged $460 for a Saturday to Saturday rental! I now have to dispute it with the credit card they had on file! I have worked in the customer service industry for as long as I remember and there was a complete lack at this location. Also a lack of knowledge on how to rent, charge, or speak to clients.

Terrible experience, representative didn't know what they were talking about. The store did not have the car I reserved and moved me down two car sizes and then my price ended up being much more expensive. You would think I would be discounted significantly to have to drive a significantly smaller car due to their error. The price apparently is the  computer's fault and apparently can't be fixed until I drop the car off. Extremely disappointing service.

Staff was great. The rental car was ok, except that it smelled like a smokers ashtray.
