I didn’t have any issues while getting the vehicle. There was a dent on the passenger side door. I pointed it out to lady who checked me out. She said it was a little under the size but she’d note it in the iPad. When I went to return it they tried to blame me. They said she didn’t put the note in the comments. I don’t like you don’t get a copy of the damage report before you leave. You have to trust they do their job with no proof they did. I returned it on Sunday. They said someone should call me first 
thing Monday morning. I had to call them at 9:13 and 11:11. No one had an answer for me and couldn’t close out my rental until they found out if the dent was there. Then said I could do an investigation to fight the dent. They finally called me back at 1:38 PM to tell me they weren’t going to charge me for the dent. It’s ridiculous I had to go through all that for something I pointed out to begin with. Very frustrating and it seem like no one cared but me.

Definitely the best rental place around. They go above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs. I definitely recommend using Enterprise for any business or pleasure trips you have scheduled for the near future.

Mild cigarette odor in vehicle, ashes on the center console, suction cup rings on the windshield of my rental... Not to mention an empty tank of gas which took an extra 20 minutes to remedy. However, the staff was accommodating and friendly throughout.
