I regularly rent cars from this location and I am always pleased with the service that I receive. They are very accommodating and I have never had a car that I was unhappy with. The prices are fair and they are very flexible with changes regarding pick-up and return. Chaz is especially helpful and nice to work with.

We rented a car from Enterprise and  can not say enough about the great experience. Gary, the gentleman who picked us up, made our ride very pleasant. His driving skills kept us at ease and he gave us many pointers on places to eat and site see in the area. As soon as we arrived at the Akron, Pennsylvania office, Dave came right out to meet us. He showed us all the cars in the range we requested and then escorted us into the office. He  filled out the paperwork explaining all the options of insurance and rental fees very clearly. When we returned the car, Dave came right out to meet us. We went over the check in together and then went into the office. He did all the final paper work with us, again clearly explaining the final charges to us. I do not believe anyone could be any more customer friendly, knowledgeable, or polite than these two men were to us.

This place is by far the most helpful Enterprise I have felt with. They have fantastic customer service. Never go to the one in Lebanon PA. They lie to you saying they have a card held for you when they have nothing there at all. Happened twice.

But Akron great job!!!!

I delivered the car back in the same condition as when I received it, and Enterprise is denying to refund the $100 security deposit because the other party's insurance company isn't paying for the last day I had the car.  Nowhere in the service agreement does it say ANYTHING about waiting for the insurance to cover the costs; I was informed at the time of pick up that it was simply for damages (if any) and now they're refusing to refund what's owed me when they have their car in the exact same condition at the start!  I upheld my responsibility; give me back what's due to me!
