Great service!  Car delivered to local airport as promised, and better than requested (at same price).  Car clean and ready to go, and all employees I spoke with were professional and friendly--and kept their word, or better.  Some renter had smoked in this fine car--I hope Enterprise "smoked" their bill for doing that!  It is impossible to get it out of the upholstery right away.  I will definitely keep Enterprise as my preferred car rental company.  Viva USS Enterprise!

Excellent service. They picked me up at my house and brought me to the store. The store assistant gave me a thorough walk through and explained the features of the vehicle to me. My rental was very clean on the interior and they emailed me a copy of my contract agreement. I will definitely be using them again for my next road trip

so i waited to return the car b4 giving a review because who know what lie they would’ve charge me for. I called in and ask millions of questions about payment to be sure and when I arrived they said they don’t accept debit cards.... and than they mad it seem like i had to get they insurance with is $25 a day but i have insurance and he didn’t want to give me my money back, so i went to the next enterprise close by and he kindly took off the insurance in less than 5mins! The manager name is CHRIS at this location and he SUCKS!!! he work as if just started !

Our car was in the shop and Dodge/Jeep set us up with Enterprise for a car. They brought a mini van and that was fine. It was the end of the day and that's all they had for us. The next day, a representative at Dodge/jeep said that they talked to Anthony and he'd personally take care of us, call us and get us another, smaller vehicle. Sadly that never happened. No call, no text, no email.

The folks at Enterprise on Roosevelt Avenue in York are some of the finest I have met.  I live in Bangkok, Thailand and only get to the States about twice per year.  I have been renting from them for the last 5 years and will go no where else!  Their customer service is top notch.  Their selection of cars is very good and the cars are clean and well-serviced.  This last time home in May, I rented for 2 weeks.  I had just arrived at Washington- Dulles airport from Bangkok after 22 hours of flying.  I was standing in line in the immigration area when my cell phone rang and it was Anthony confirming my rental car for the next day.

Amazing.  I love your company.
