Service was fast and friendly. In and out with no problems whatsoever, for both pick-up and return.

Normally I don't leave reviews but felt obligated to make other potential guests aware.  Trust the other users reviews about how bad this place is.  Upon arrival, I was the only guest and here was my experience:

Only one person behind counter, I had to wait 7 mins while this person got off personal "facetime" call.
Car was not ready even with reservation, still had to be washed.  Waited another 15 minutes. 
I should have paid closer attention to the printed agreement.  Was put down as full tank of gas provided but car only had 3/8 tank when picked up. 
Requested smoke-free vehicle.  This could not have been more opposite.  Heavy scent of cigarette smell.  Would have picked another car if they had another full sized sedan.
 Staff barely marked down any damages, I had to circle everything myself.  Which the staff made a comment, "you are not buying the vehicle, this is only a rental".  

Bottom line: Go elsewhere for your rental needs.  This is by far the worst rental experience.

Only one person behind the counter. Very unprofessional staff. Don't even bother going there. IT'S TERRIBLE!!!!
