I needed a car for the weekend and I reserved one via the app. It is an easy to use app, the reservation was quick and within the next hour I got picked up from my place! (even though it was a last minute reservation)

I got a good car for the weekend with 400 miles included in the package. I  thought I had completed around 310 odd miles before returning it. But on the day I returned the vehicle, I got a shocker when the staff member at the shop said I had used 1100 miles and charged me additional $300 for the same on my card! I was shook for a moment and just stood there. Then I gathered my wits and asked for the keys to check the mileage reading myself. I found the fault in his reading which he later rectified and refunded to my credit card. Then there was an argument about the miles included in my package which he again later verified and rectified. Of-course they dropped me back after that!

If not for that final goof up, I would have easily given them 5 stars as the experience otherwise was superb. I am planning to use their services more in the future and will update this review based on my experiences going forward.

We had a fantastic experience at this location. The assistant manager was knowledgeable, courteous and kind during a stressful situation when my husband and I were stranded several hours from home and in need of a car. I can't remember the last time I received such good customer service from any establishment. Thank you!

I use this location quite frequently for a variety of reasons. I haven't had any bad experiences even with staff changes. They are polite, efficient and professional and I appreciate their hard work. They have newer cars that are always clean and don't smell funny. Thank you for treating me like I am an appreciated customer.

We were sent here to obtain a rental from our insurance company and let me just say that clearly the people who answer the phones have no idea what's going on. The people working inside the store are the same way. And they didn't seem to have any cars either. This has been the worst experience ever renting a car from enterprise. I would much rather go somewhere else.
