This visit was a insurance claim visit. The team at Enterprise was awesome. They were knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout my rental experience. They were helpful in getting me an upgrade and getting me home when the rental service ended. They even gave me the option to keep the car for some additional days at the same rate of the Insurance claim. Loved my experience with them.

The renting service is very good. I took an Accent (Verna hatchback) for rent here with my Indian driving license. And the personnel here are very friendly and courteous.

The only drawback is that the cost of the car rented is around  $100 with full insurance for that hatchback itself.

The branch manager was awesome! We actually arrived at the wrong location, but she was pleasant, informative and we were in and out in under 10 minutes. Great customer service skills and we will be using this branch in the future. Keep up the great work!

I truly felt like a valued customer after this experience. Most companies still put returning customers through the new customer process, but not Enterprise. My vehicle was awaiting me upon arrival, in and out in less than ten minutes. When I returned I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent customer service. By far my best Enterprise experience, all around top notch.

1. always no for pickup. 2. though small car available on website, denial saying have to book full size car.3. full day extra charge for 30 mins late drrop 
Update :-
I have been renting cars from them for a while now, after few unpleasant experiences initially, now I have received a good service from them. Cars are well maintained and if the requested car is not available, u get free upgrade which is cool.
