I rent a car with them every month, for a week. I cannot tell you how easy, quick and stress free of an experience it is to work with them. They are simply awesome! Very friendly and caring! The cleanliness inside the car is impeccable. However, outside, due to the drought, the cars are always filthy, but I understand and appreciate the not washing the car due to this water scarcity. Keep up the awesome job! Thanks!

This particular Avis will try to get over on you, charging you extra fees for everything.  They have a policy about pets which they do not disclose in the paperwork. You will be much better off spending a little bit  more money and going with enterprise. I waited 15 minutes just to give the keys back because no one would acknowledge me at the front door. Very unhappy, will not be returning here.

The front desk lady was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative. The prices are the lowest we could find to move from South CA To North OR. It was $900 for a 16ft truck and dolly.

The customer service through the phone is horrible (the people in the office are great). The last two times I've called the local number is transfers me to the 800 number and the service is HORRIBLE. They never get the reservation correct! And when I wanted to extend my rental a couple days they were really rude and when I asked for them to transfer me somewhere the girl said "you have to call, yourself." I said "Fine. What is the number?" And she said, "I don't know!" SO RUDE!
