Omg the manager in Pleasanton branch needs to throw his whole experiences in the trash and start again to learn how to make Hertz’s customers happy! Zero out of ten in everything since three months ago. Unfortunately, all the top employees went away from that branch. All what they have right now nonprofessional, stupid and rude employees like their manager of course (money vampires)

Wow no customer service skills. I asked about inventory, and before I can finish...all sold out until Monday. I say ok he hangs up. Wow....mayne  I wanted to swap out Monday? I'll NEVER EVER do business with them again.

We made a reservation at this place online at least a month ahead and today (5/23/17) at around 9 am we went to pick up the car. They had no car. All they said, "if" they get something by evening or tomorrow they will call us. We needed the car right away and that's why we made the reservation way ahead and we are also enrolled in their gold program. But looks like none of this matters in their business model. They don't care if you have got into trouble because of them. Three guys sitting there none even said sorry out of courtesy, didn't look they are willing to serve politely and they didn't even try to call other locations to see if they can help us.

They have no car even I made a reservation.
I took a smaller size car. They told me, they will change next day. But they still have no car.
I have to many times visit again and again.
I NEVER contact Herz!  AGAIN!

I rented a Vehicle from another Hertz and now having a problem with the vehicle drivers window. I called this location to see if they had any vehicles available and they said yes hold a minute. once back on the phone i told them about the vehicle i was having a problem with and would like to exchange it for a new one. he was very rude and and said the they didnt have any vehicles at this time. I know they just didnt want to trade in my vehicle that i was having problems with for a new one. Very poor customer service and very rude. I would not go to this location.
