More than half a year ago I rented a full size SUV for my family holiday at HERTZ Dublin, Ca.
HERTZ, the one behind the El Monte rental company.!! Yesterday We brought back our RV, and wanted to pick up our SUV! This wasn't available, instead we got a minivan! TAKE IT, OR LEAVE it was the only  answer!! 
No other car, no upgrade, no refund, Nothing!! 
Got finaly in contact with the rayon manager, he was going to take action, but  we stil waiting on his e-mail!! I think we are going to start our trip with the minivan!!
Take my advise!! Don"t rent a car with HERTZ !! And for sure NOT WITH HERTZ in DUBLIN, 
O,  Yes  found a rental contract from the previous renter, week price 150$ cheaper!!

No help at all.  Had reserved a car, then when we got to the agency were not able to rent a car.  Did not listen to us or why we were renting the car.  Just turned away. Will not return to this agency again.

Very professional service. Rene was good on quick rental process. Very convenient location. Wish they have drop box after hours.

If I could not choose even one star I would do that. Do not rent from them AT ALL . They stuck my husband in a very dangerous car that had no brakes knowing he was driving 7 hours from Dublin Ca to Riverside Ca. Cars should be inspected and checked before they put someone behind the wheel. My husband had to stop at another Hertz to pick up a safe working vehicle.
