Car rental was going well, up until the day I returned it.

The day I received my rental I placed my magnet phone holder on the air vents. As I use that to hold my phone while I drive have been doing it for the past 2 years.

The day I returned the car, I forgot Enterprise's address so I looked it up in google maps and mounted it on my magnet in the rental.

I turned in the rental shortly after they gave me a ride to the body shop to get my car. 5 minutes later I got in I got in my car and as I always do out of habit it try to place my phone on the magnet, and noticed I forgot it in the rental! So I raced down there, the rental place is 3-5 minutes away but I ran anyway just in case. 

As I got there literally 10 minutes after just dropping off my rental. They could not find my magnet, I told them it was literally right on the vents, i went to look for myself, it appears someone took it. They went to "search" for it and could not find it. They said they would call me if they find it, yeah right.

I followed up this morning and of course the jokers want to blame me, calling me a liar and saying no one took it. 

You know, I know I am part to blame for this as I shouldn't of left anything in the car because you can't trust these idiots. Also this magnet costs $7 on Amazon. It's not the value of the item it's the principal of the thing. They took it and to make things worst call me a liar. Honestly, I should show up there and beat the hell out of their asses but I don't want to go to jail for a $7 magnet. 

If I were you, i would go somewhere else, or make sure you take everything out of the car when you turn it in, these guys are thieves. Ten minutes later they steal it and still have the audacity to call me a liar.

I've used the Dublin location many times.  There's always a different staff there but always good service. Care are clean,  run great and they help with any issues. Usually quick pickup and drop off.

Always prompt service, clean cars and nice people.  I will never go anywhere else for rental cars.

Nice and friendly staff. But if you have a debit card, they'll  add a $200 hold on your card.

What a painless experience, the price was painless as well! The staff was very pleasant and professional. In and out with my car in less than 5 minutes...same upon return! Will definitely rent again!
