This place is really Great! This crew of people are really friendly, always smiling and happy and they know their customers on a first name basis.  The GM Chad, is a great guy and he's always ensuring customer satisfaction. He's provided exceptional autos at very reasonable prices. 
I've been an Enterprise client for more than 25 years, from the East Coast to the West Coast, and this store is definitely the friendliest and most helpful.

The mid-size SUV was not available so I was upgraded to a suburban. Kind of large but surprisingly fun to drive around up in the snow of Lake Tahoe. Great service from Pleasanton. The office could do with a makeover and decent seating for those waiting.

Great Rates and great customer service. Andy and Rawny (sorry if I misspelled it) were fantastic.  Was picked up and dropped off. Can't ask for better service at a lower cost of other car rental locations. You can tell the staff their love their jobs which makes me want to go back!

This Enterprise location has all been good to us!!!. They always try to upgrade us whenever possible that is why We never go elsewhere anymore. But On our last rental with them, the upgrade didn’t go well, we had a minor setback. It only took 1 phonecall to Chad the manager & when we returned the car, Not only did he let us return it 1 day early, He also gave us a $10 gas refund, & waived our insurance for the whole rental trip. We couldn’t be happier!. Overall, The staff are always great especially Ryan & Chad who worked the whole process for us. Like I said before this setback will not stop us from coming back. You guys always do good for us... Free upgrade whenever you can... Thanks you guys!!!! ... We really Appreciate it!!!... We will be back Soon!!!

The staff is friendly and they try to help but a couple of keys issues - a) the agent didn’t know the difference between an intermediate car (Corolla) and a full size car (Camry) and despite of my booking for a full size car, she offered me a Corolla. When I objected to that, she went back in, talked to the manager and realized her mistake and eventually assigned me a Camry. b) the car I got was quite dirty from the outside which is unusual for a rental car company. When I asked why the car is so dirty, the agent said they don’t have a car wash at base hence they only try to clean the car from inside as much as possible. This explanation was also quite unusual for a rental car company. So despite being friendly, doesn’t look like the staff knows what they are doing.
