The staff is awesome. They even give you car on international driver's license.

I didn't feel confident as I pulled out of the parking lot with the rental. They kept trying to get me to purchase the additional insurance when I declined, the initial walk around to check for damages on the car was quick and not thorough and the store seemed unkempt. When I was pulling out of the parking lot, I noticed and chip in the front windshield and called to let them know it wasn't my fault so I wouldn't be charged later on. They acted like they didn't know about it and I had to turn around and come back so they wouldn't charge me. I would avoid this place if possible.

Very good service, very kind people. I rented a Ford Focus, the car was in good condition and very clean, low fuel consuming. Office hours can be improved, Saturday and Sunday they close 1:00 pm. Fair price for a rented car. I'm satisfied with the service and money I spent.

This was the worth rental car experience I've ever had. Period. One, the vehicle I reserved was NOT available even though I reserved the vehicle two weeks prior my trip. I was told I should call two days before my next trip to make sure the car I want would be available. Really? What crap!  Secondly, the vehicle I had to settle for was an absolute mess. There was trash and old food scattered throughout the vehicle. The vehicle was obviously not cleaned out when the last renters returned the vehicle. Also, I got changed addition fees even though I was told they would honor the price of the vehicle I originally reserved. I would never do business here again or with Avis. The business is a disorganized mess. I'm surprised their still in business.
