Their personnel were very professional, courteous and friendly. They should have the slogan of "YES WE CAN!!!"  This is where I will be getting my rental from now on.  Keep up the good work.

Horrible service. Reserved a car 1 week in advance for pick up at 5. The manager swiped and charged my card then told me to have a seat that it will be a few moments. Well, 2 hours later they still did not have a car available. He stated they were trying to get cars from other Enterprise companies. Other customers were waiting also.They should tell you that when you first arrive and before they charge your card that they do not have anything available. That's just poor and inconsiderate customer service. I will never deal with this particular dealership. The Enterprise on Whittier Bl. and Mills is so much better.

I've been renting vehicles for years through this location only, customer service is always great. They are very helpful and I highly recommend this location.

The customer service at this location is absolutely superb. Very friendly and accommodating, we use this location for our business a lot and they have been great to us. The only qualm I have about the service is definitely the speed. There are quite a lot of delays, especially with the small size of the business. Regardless, the team that works here makes the process comfortable albeit somewhat slow. 
Returning the car was a breeze though!

Update 1/18/17: Speed was no issue this time around. Service great as always and I decided to come in a day early to pick up the rental before our departure so I didn't run into any bottleneck with other companies going to the same tradeshow! Update to 5 stars.

Reserved a premium sedan 1 week in advance, did not have ready on rental date. And was substituted with a less comfortable sports car. Although the car was great, it was not cleaned inside or out.

Initially the representative was friendly, it quickly changed once the insurance options were given. Very high pressure sale, and I was highly upset when I was asked about my own insurance policy and deductibles. On principle alone, I refused to buy their temporary insurance. 

Upon returning the vehicle, I was made to explain for debris splatters that appeared to look like scratches and were pointed out to first representative when vehicle was checked out. 

This wasnt my first rental with enterprise, so I am aware of the good service they provide, but the insurance sales really pissed me off.
