When I needed a car after an accident, they were pushy to give me the full size, as that's what my insurance covered. I told them I preferred a compact because I rather be conservative. Well, as it neared my 30 days coverage on my insurance, and my car wasn't ready yet, I had to go back for an exchange so I didn't have to pay so much more extra. It was a hassle because this location is not close to me. As it's already an inconvenience that I'm having my life disturbed with an accident, I wish they would have fulfilled my initial wishes instead of being greedy to want to rent the more expensive vehicle to start.

I had an extremely hassle free experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the City of Walnut.  The staff was outstanding and pleasant while conducting all phase of my weekly contact with the office. 

 I had to extend my car rental four times during the 25 days I had one of  their cars. This required multiple trips to the office because I chose to go in each week to pay down balance to avoid large credit card bill at end of 25 day rental. 

The staff handled my concerns well by patiently explaining charges and allowing me to regularly make cash payments to accommodate my concerns.

I have rented cars from here many times over the past 8 years. I have always had a great car, the people that work there are friendly, professional, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them!
