I've rented cars from this location about 5 or 6 times in the last year. I've always gotten great customer service by both Robert (awesome!!!) and another gentleman. I've never had a problem and when they didn't have a car for me they upgraded me at no cost. Vehicles are always clean and in great condition. They are now my go to rental place. Keep up the good work!

Excellent Service!! We called around to 2 other well known rental company's.. Their rates were outrageous!! Their regulations and requirements were ridiculous and the only gave discounts to affiliated companies, no recognition of our veterans.. I called in spoke to Caron at the Avis call center she took care of us letting us know they appreciate their veterans for their service and sacrafice. When we went down to our designated pick up we had the pleasure of being assisted with Stephanie.. They were out of the economy cars and gave us a sweet upgrade at no addition fee.. The whole process was quick and easy!! And GREAT rate's!!! The service quality and pricing has made us a loyal customer!! Thank you!!!

Avis is excellent! I am a long term customer and very satisfied. They have great options for rentals. Very kind and professional staff! Thank you Avis for all of your help! We appreciate all of your staff! Also, the facility is easy to locate, clean and the environment is very friendly. I have had a very good experience with AVIS!

So reliable service and Robert solved my problem when I was in need of a Mini Van to travel for the day to Santa Barbara, digging into my issue he figured that a Mazda5 will meet my needs and since it was available, we took it and we're able to travel. Thanks for saving my day Robert. We'll be back soon and never back again to Enterprise where they let you reserve cars that they don't have.

This is long overdue. I just remembered we rented an SUV at this place from December 21-24, 2015. Robert was very accommodating. He offered us the best deal. Thank you very much for your service. We'll rent again soon. Highly recommended!
