I wouldn't have chosen any star but not an option. Service is the worst and the only person there is extremely unwelcoming.   He claimed my card was denied which was impossible and then denied me service all together I called Avis customer service and they directed me to the Ontario airport where my card worked perfectly like it should..the man litterly left me stranded on Holt and I never recommend this Avis location.

This car rental is a little out of the way from the airport, and I had to take a taxi, but the service was great.  The owner, Syed, was very helpful and even waited for me after the business closed to get my rental.  The prices are lower as compared to the airport Avis rates.  I recommend this place.

I strongly advise you to chose other rental companies instead of AVIS. We rented our car because we got a special price from Expedia, but we regretted taking this car and not staying with DOLLAR. The Toyota Corolla could easily be opened from the outside; we found that out when they stole our luggage and belongings from inside the car. They opened the car twice in a day (luckily we had already taken our remaining belongings out of the car, so for the second time they just took a hat and a T shirt). The response from AVIS was just worried for the car, and since the car didn't got any damage, they didn't worried about the fact that anyone could open their car from the outside.

I've rented several vehicles I've never had any problems but, then again that was not with AVIS. I always use Enterprise and Hertz is even ok..

DO NOT RENT YOUR CAR HERE. These guys are shady. I had rented from here and when i picked up the car there was damages to it already. After returning it AVIS filed a claim saying we had damaged the vehicle. I called this location for assistance in the matter and they had in their system 'the only damages were small scratches to the bumper'and they could not help me any further. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and Do not take a vehicle that has damages to it whatsoever
