Man.. The Fox hub at LAX must be a ton better than this one. (As per the comments)  I've flown in twice this year.. and besides the cars being kinda dirty, higher miles and a couple of dents.. I got a mid size for another companies compact price? Yup! I'll clean it myself! 
The staff was amazing. No BS. I reserved online, they put a $150 deposit on my card, had it 8 days. Return was a breeze. I flew out of LAX at 10:00pm and the deposit was back on my card before I boarded the plane. I was pretty impressed.

They gave me a dirty car and when I made them aware of it, they took to the back, sprayed it and brought back to in 5 minutes dripping wet. The clerk then proceeded to tell me that he upgraded me from a Toyota to a Volvo, not really an upgrade in my opinion, but either I didn't ask for an upgrade, I just wanted a clean car. When I returned the car I caught the bus driver watched me struggle with a heavy bag and didn't bother trying to help, he just stayed seated. The check-in guy was very nice and the car drove great though, so if it's all about the dollar, then go for it. As a business woman, I hate poor customer service.

Babor one of the specialist was very good! Got the best deals! Management is great too! Would rent from them and definitely recommend!

These guys are thieves and are completely dishonest.  Their customer service is garbage.  They charged us for a car that they were unavailable to rent to us.  We tried to cancel it, when we couldn’t use it.  They charged us anyways.  We disputed the charge for services not rendered.  They counter disputed on legal technicalities. Do not rent from these guys.  They are cheaper but it’s because they suck and are dishonest.  I would give zero stars if possible.

Nice people, gave us a van for compact rate. Location was a minor inconvenience. Over all satisfied.
