The customer service at this Enterprise location is unparalleled. I was greeted by each employee by them introducing themselves by name and asking mine. They asked what they could do to help make my experience better. They went out of their way to be sure I was happy. I am a long time Enterprise customer and this location stands to their great service and good cars they always offer with great pricing.

Nice Car, great service in pick up and drop off.  but opted for them to fill up car on return.  Was encouraged to do so because they had a cheaper price per gal compared to surrounding stations.  so I said great.  Only drove 100 miles but was charge for a full tank of gas.  not cool

I've been a customer for you guy but since 1992 and I think you guys are the best.. I had three young people help me at O tario that was the bomb. And my agent Saint Paul he is the best get me the lowest rate at all times I love you guys for that

The customer service was good but I was not made aware of the hold amount when I called to make reservations. I was very displeased about the $600.00 hold put on my credit card. I had no way to make other reservations for a car in a short time frame as I needed to be on the road to my destination quickly. Just because of the large hold amount the Ontario Airport Enterprise claims they have to hold due to their policy, I will not reserve another car from the Ontario Airport location in the future. I would do best buy going to other nearby Enterprise locations.

Had great service at pick up but when I went to drop off they couldn’t figure out how to card a different card. I was given a total due  and was charged on wrong card more a few days after drop off. At first I thought it was a double charge and when I tried to call I was told someone would get back to me in a couple days. When someone did call me back, I had to explain everything over and agent was not understanding. Finally I said I was getting frustrated because he was listening and was told I would get another call back in a couple of days. I tried back again to talk to same person a couple days later and had to leave message. It has been over a week with no response. I will never use enterprise again and I hope you don’t either.
