I would definitely rent from them again. We did have an issue the car we rented. It was driven hard by previous people. We had broken glass in the trunk and all the speakers were blown. So why 5 stars, well it is the way they handled it did we get our ideal results, no. Lalita and the team at dollar didn’t just say there was nothing they could do. She got us a credit for the upgrade fee we paid and showed great customer service. I will however, be more checking the cars in better detail in the future.

At dropoff at 11:00 am on 11/30, received excellent customer care from Lalita at the rental counter. She went above and beyond in assisting with a return date change due to a family matter. At trying times, a bit of compassion and understanding goes a long way in making customers remember the gesture and the company. Dollar, you have a real gem in Lalita. 
At pickup around 3:20pm on 11/28, there is room for improvement as two staff seemed to be going off shift leaving one person managing the 3-4 people in queue. One other person was on shift and glanced out from the office, but took no customers. 
Car was in good, clean condition and no issues with selection or getting out of rental lot.

I got a really good rate on my economy rental, and the customer service was awesome!  They were very helpful and courteous from pick-up to return.  I love the fact that there is no additional charge for my husband to drive the car as well! Will be going back again!

They stink. Wasn't happy with my car. Returned it 1 day into a 4 day rental and they charged 25 dollars for altering the deal. Never again with these schmucks.
