This is the second time my husband and I have rented from Avis, and specifically the West Dundee location. Both times we have been met with great service. We will   continue to get our rentals from Avis in West Dundee. Eric always does his best to accommodate his clients.

Be careful with this place, they renting a cars which is not belonging to them. They cancel my reservation when I get to counter , saying owner need the car back.

Avis Car Rental, West Dundee............Excellent personal and professional service.  From the agency operator/manager and those personnel assisting at the agency, customer service and a smile are always the number one priority in working with the customer.
A+ for consistently putting the customer first with a fast/efficient check-in process and leaving with a clean vehicle that fits the rental need.

Very pleased with my overall rental experience. My time at the counter to leaving the lot with my car was about 5 minutes. The rep was very easy going and helpful. All of my questions were answered, even when I called as I was on the road. I will definitely rent again from this location again when I'm back in town.
