I have rented from this location numerous times in the past and have had good experiences, but my latest rental this past weekend was a bit off. I don't consider a Dodge Dart to be an intermediate car (it was the smallest car you had there at the time... what would you have given someone who rented economy or compact?) and it wasn't very clean or in good condition, with nearly 40,000 miles. Wonder if I was given a poor vehicle because of the low rate I was able to find. Most of my experiences from this location have been better.

This location has the worst customer service its appauling.  They have signs all over the office about how they strive to provide excellent customer service, but my experience was far from it.  I will NEVER rent from this location again.  POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.  If I had the option to give them a "0" I would.  Corporate needs to seriously reorganize the management they have in this branch.

This is by far the best Enterprise location!!  The staff is extremely courteous, actually nice to talk with.  The cars they usually have are great too!  Top notch!

AWFUL SERVICE :(
Been living in town & using this branch for nearly 15 years, service in general over the years was average to adequate. Though when we needed them MOST they failed to deliver. My wife's new car was wrecked, already stressful situation. The at-fault party's insurance stepped up to arrange the reservation the day before we wanted the car. I called later that day to confirm. All was supposed to be good, next day I showed up at 9 a.m. as agreed...guess what. NO car available. Their solution was to ask if I could 'wait around' ...Really? I have to work!
They promised to call me 'asap' clarified as within 2 hrs once a car was pick up. At 1:30 p.m. I called back, yup. Still no car. At this point I'm livid b/c the wife works 50mi away and leaves at 5 a.m. so its not like she can uber or get a ride from me. It was crunch time, they accepted the reservation and either did not know how to make good on their promise or did not care.
SOLUTION: I called ins. carrier back and at 2:30 p.m. they called Hertz in town and between them and the wonderful girl there made it happen for me to pick up by 4:30 that evening [Friday no less]. Hertz 'apologized' for Enterprise and gave me an upgrade into a '17 Camry. Way beyond the approved compact authorized!
